En route pour Dhanbad! Heureusement que nous etions a l'abri dans un bus tres confortable et climatise pour affronter les 150 km entre Kolkata et Dhanbad. Des paysages magnifiques et surprenants nous attendaient. Dhanbad se trouve dans le District de Jharkand et autrefois faisait partie de l'etat du Bihar. Nous avons mis 6 heurescpour faire le trajet. Nous nous sommes arretes 2 fois dans des villages typiques pour nous restaure. Les routes etaient en bon etat mais nous etions tous tres effrayes par la conduite des chauffeurs sur la route, chaqun poussant des grands cris lorsque des voitures ou camions nous frolles de trop pret. Nous sommes arrives sain et sauf a Dhanbad. / On our way to Dhanbad in a confortable aircon Volvo. 150 Kms of fabulous and suprising scenes of the Indian countryside. - Dhanbad is situated in Jharkand(previously within Bihar State) district, crossing the border of West Bengal. It took us 6 hours, stopping on two occasions in typical Indian village surroundings. The roads were good, but the driving of other vehicles on the road kept the bus passengers, sometimes in shock (with sighs of "HUH"’s, "HAH"’s and "O MY GOD!") and disbelief about the code of drivers. We safely reached our destination, Dhanbad.
